I live for my music. I say _my_ music because you get a little possessive of songs that make you feel so strongly, and so you should. When you hear that song that so perfectly pins your mood and your thoughts and your feelings that it damn near takes your breath away... that's how I feel everytime I'm at Blink. The only difference now compared to a few years back is that I'm behind the booth nowadays and my love for music and all you guys that come every Friday and rock Blink down to the foundations with me has snowballed, and we're only just getting warmed up guys.

DJ KAWK

Music has been a part of my life since my early teen years. In 1997 I had joined Maltese metal / hardcore legends SLIT on guitars and stayed with the band till 2001. After this I had placed my love of music and focused it on giving it out in promotion / bars / clubs. From 2001 till 2005 I was working in Remedy Rock Club (Malta) and Signals Live Venue (Malta) were I succeeded in bringing great turn outs and awesome nights to the metal & hardcore community on the island and the pleasure of working along side many international acts in the scene. In September 2005 I had moved to Sydney were I joined Sydney club ABDX and also worked along side promoters such as Rock Formation. In mid 2007 deals were made were I joined the team of CLUB BLINK and the newly formed TRASH SATURDAYS working in basement specializing in the heavy side of the alternative scene which is a love of mine never to die.

Not really a DJ but spends plenty of time behind a mixer. Looks after sound in the darkroom and runs the vision system that brings you live video clips each week. "music is an awesome power, that gets us all moving together as one. The feeling you get from seeing a great live band work with that energy til you can practically touch the vibe in the room just amazes me. And no crowd I've seen appreciates that more than at Club Blink."
