Promotional Packages: 'What we do for you'
Playing at Club Blink is a masive opportunity for any band to play to new audiences and to to brand yourself in a major way. Unlike any other venue in AUSTRALIA, we have set up a system where we provide thousands of dollars worth of promotion for bands for as little as $70 (to simply cover our costs).
Blink provides a promo package for every band that is booked and confirmed. This promotion is set to compliment your own advertising and promotional duties. It includes a three-week promotion and marketing campaign that guarantees maximum exposure for each band that plays at Blink.
Screen Ads
Advertisements that are custom created by our designer and displayed within the venue on plasma and TV Screens (you can design if you wish, please inform to get measurements). Screen ad will contain all information you request e.g.: image, details of show, website etc.
Screen advertising is more effective than many of the local street presses as it reaches roughly 800 - 1500 people each weekend at this very niche market. Using the latest in digital technology. We mix in your screen ad with other high quality ads promoting all the big events in Sydney. Your ad will run for approx 3 weeks leading up to the show.
(Usually $150 per weekend)
Myspace Campaign
Our team will promote your show through myspace: Bulletins posted three weeks leading up to your show from promoters accounts and Blink accounts: www.myspace.com/clubblink www.myspace.com/blinkbands (please add us NOW and put us in your top friends). You will also be Listed in Upcoming Events on all myspace pages and Photos displayed on myspace Advertisements and myspace banners sent to friends (a copy will be forwarded to you, we expect you to display through websites, email outs, bulletins, etc bringing as much attention / awareness to your show as possible).
(this in itself takes time, worth $100 per week)
Street Press Campaign
Full spot colour page ad (sometimes half page ad) for your show in the Drum Media and The Brag. Will mention band names in the weeks issue leading up to event. We also get the gig listed in the gig guides and if you provide us with a band pic and press release, we'll do our best to get you additional information in the street presses, bringing more awareness to your band and your show at Club Blink.
(usually: $500 - $1000, high quality ads in great locations)
Website Campaign
Listing and Details of performance night displayed.
A detailed description of band on website "Bands" section.
Advertisements and banners displayed.
Other Advertisements
Posters to be displayed around venue.
Posters will also be displayed in some city areas.
Press releases sent to Street Press if requested by band.
THIS IS OVER $1000 WORTH OF PROMOTION THAT WE PROVIDE FOR ALL BANDS FOR $70 (THIS FEE IS COMPULSORY AND COVERS ALL OF THE ABOVE AS WELL AS PRODUCTION (SOUND GUY) ON THE NIGHT. AS MENTIONED ABOVE PROMO PACK IS FREE IF YOU GET OVER 30 PEOPLE THROUGH THE DOOR, which is expected from all bands that play at Blink!!
