MM9 SHOWCASE
We love Many Machines On Nine so much at Club Blink and Trash that we're getting them to play a massive double showcase weekend! Prepare to be blown away!! Widely recognised as one of the most exciting acts on the live circuit in their hometown of Sydney Australia, MM9 are a band that have continued to defy notions of genre with a blend of heavy rock and electronica all their own. On Friday 11 July MM9 are set to play one of their monumental shows, which not only attract massive crowds, but they get the crowds moving!! Club Blink now has a state of the art setup for live bands, with a permanant stage at the back of the venue on the Ground Floor.
CLUB BLINK LIVE
Club Blink is currently putting together its first tour of Australia with the intention of setting up a touring line for bands to play at venues across this continent. Unlike other tours, we plan to set it up as a nightclub / band tour with dj's and live acts and create relationships with al the prominent venues throughout oz, with the intention at a later date of franchising Club Blink to operate nationally with venues throughout Australia and possible later set up an international touring line. SCREEN ADVERTISING FOR BANDS IN VENUE
Club Blink is now offering screen advertising for bands and businesses in Australia. Club Blink and Trash are attracting anywhere from 1000 - 1500 people through the venue every weekend and with 8 plasmas and 7 tvs throughout the venue, what better way to convey your message to this very select alternative market. Every week a taste of the live music mayhem from the Darkroom will be available through a free video podcast. From Club Blink's awesome underground venue it features live video recordings of some of the great rising acts of the alternative scene (including MM9, Sydonia, Inane Eminence, Ash Phoenix and many more) perfect for your iPod. If you are in a band and have a gig lined up at Blink, you can arrange prior to the show to have your set recorded to DVD on our in house camera setup. For examples of prior recordings please see www.virtual-live.net.au.
*The basic DVD with stereo desk mix audio and a live mix from four cameras will set you back $50, for an extra $50 audio can be recorded in multitrack format to allow remixing later on (bands are responsible for arranging their own mixing time). Recording can also be done as audio only recording (ie we multitrack the audio for you, but no camera feed is recorded)

UNDERGROUND SESSIONS CD
Club Blink is currently in the process of putting together the first Underground Sessions compliation cd featuring 20 of the best bands that have played in the darkroom at Club Blink. The cd will showcase all the best local bands playng throughout sydney. The cd will be promoted in a big way with copies in all good record stores as well as being sold by each band at gigs and at Club Blink. The aim of the cd is to help bring more recognition to live local bands in Austalia.
